I've tried to reinstall net framework. still same error appears time to time...what to do?

Check to see if you are using the month / day / year format for your time/date settings.

I changed the year from yyyy to yy...let's see if that fixes the error.

Some things apparently damage the .net installation, has happened to me a few times. Go here;

How to repair an existing installation of the.NET Framework

Run the repair and try again. Otherwise, uninstall .dot net and re-install.
