    Google Earth not working ?

I only see black screen when I start Google earth. I tried every version from 5.0 to 6.0 beta. This video might explain more

The only thing I can suggest if you don't wish to purchase the Google Earth Pro, is to uninstall the original Google Earth software and reinstall it. I had the same problem and apparently had a bad/corrupted download. When I uninstalled/reinstalled everything worked perfectly.

Just as a caution, after you've uninstalled the software, and BEFORE you reinstall it, check your system for any remnants of the old software. You might also do an Advanced Search of your whole system (not just your Index) to see if there's any files or folders from Google Earth, and if so, just delete them from the Advanced Search list.

I did tried that approach, using revo uninstaller and deleting every file, but the issue remains.

I'm so glad you contacted Google yousaf. I'm assuming that you did so by email. If they allow you to contact them by telephone you'll get better service in that the tech support people will be able to more fully address your problem(s), so find out if telephone support is possible, and talk to them on the phone if you can.
