Windows 7: Java path resolve

Hi
i have windows 7 64 bit installed. Went ahead and installed java 64bit.
works fine, but i really required 32 bit java for my apps, so went ahead and installed that too.

when you open cmd and type java it executes the 64 bit. So thought the path should be there which is doing this, to my suprise i did not see any path entry for the jre.

my app runs fine but had to set the 32 bit path.

So how is the path getting resolved in windows 7.
any idea.

Try the environment variable: path

i checked the environment variables no entry of the jre there.
So it is a puzzle to know how it resolves the path.
