Read only attribute stuck on

I have been trying to save files like pictures, Music, Videos to my folders. But in my music one the read only box is filled it is not a tick. It is filled. I tried to remove it but it just came back. I tried to take ownership of it. That did not work either. I tried making a new folder that did the same thing. I tried to remove the full box from the folders separately. I tried doing it to the main folder and all the sub folders nothing has seemed to work. The only way I was able to save music when ripping it. Was to save it to a completely different set of folders. I have looked up how to fix this issue but Either take ownership worked for people. Or they did some kind of CMD command. I would like to refrain from it if I do not have to. If there is any fix to this would be great. the folder is the normal music sub folder that is in my music folder. I did not add this folder. it is the default folder. I tried adding one same thing. I do not know what else to do other than try the CMD command. Please help if possible. Oh and by the way. It did this to me with my documents. I simply went in and cleared the read only box in my documents. But it is not working with my music folder.
