Looks like you might have a virus.

Run the following tools in Safe Mode in this order and see what you can find.

Combofix - Bleeping Computer Downloads: ComboFix Download
MalwareBytes Anti-Malware (full scan) - Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.50.1 - Download - FileHippo.com
SpyBot Search & Destroy - Download Spybot Search & Destroy 1.6.2 - Download - FileHippo.com

If all else fails, do a fresh install of Windows.

Thanks

Luke

Ouch that does look very nasty...the best thing to do if the windows one doesn't work is burn a copy of an antivirus and malware cd that will boot up before windows so that all the processes will be shut down and the program scan do what it needs to do to delete and man handle this issue.

PC just died half way through the scan.., when i rebooted a message opened saying WInbdm.dll could not be found...
turns out it is part of a trojan, and is a key logger...

Oh, that is a virus file name...not part of windows.

Basically the antivirus deleted the virus out of the computer but you still have strings in your registry telling it to start up. So, when you booted up the computer and the file doesn't exists; there go, the message appears.

You need to modify the registry that is shows in this screen and delete the entries

ThreatExpert Report

in this website.. it will say

Registry Modifications

Well yeah... I know...but you should be fine after you delete the strings but I would suggest a few more full scans of the anti virus... just to make sure its totally clean.
