For the second time in a few months, pinnacle studio has proven to be difficult with me. At first I tried to uninstall it... didn't work, I got the revo uninstaller... unintalled and then left the icon there after it uninstalled. I tried it again, it said "Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannont continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the control panel." When I obviously am trying to Uninstall this program. When I click change it gives me the same messege, and when I tried a repair it told me to verify the installation souce even when the CD is in the tower. I have tried reinstalling the program through a CD, customer support help, copying all the cd info to my harddrive, almost everything I can imagine possible withought takeing this thing to some sort of shop and getting my tower cleaned out of all programs. So if anyone thinks that they can help me in anyway, shape, or form go ahead but I'm about ready to just give up.
