I try to start WLM or MovieMaker, the UI is totally black

I have a strange problem (don't know if it has already been posted): with the PC I have in the details, everytime I try to start WLM or MovieMaker, the UI is totally black, letting me see buttons or other things only when I run over them with the mouse. As soon as the mouse arrow exits the area of the buttons, they become plain black again, like disappearing.

I have the 10.12 drivers for my HD5770 and every other driver is ok and up to date.. I just don't understand why this happens?
Does any of you have an idea about the reason it happens?

Hey guys!! First of all thanks to the one that moved this post for me

I think I found what the problem is: I'm playing PES6 on my PC and I have to run D3D overrider while playing, in order to avoid tearing.
I usually ran it at Windows startup as it hadn't made any problem yet, but today out of curiosity I tried disabling it and WLM worked properly!! :)

So, I think that it's D3D overrider that somehow prevents the UI of Windows Live Movie Maker and Windows Live Messenger to show properly. I think this is solved :)

Thanks, I was experiencing this issue as well, and adding an exception to D3DOverrider fixed it for me too.
