To-do/organization program for student I just completed my switch from my ancient MacBook to my nice new windows laptop, and I'm looking for an organizational program to help me keep track of homework assignments for school. On my mac, I was using Schoolhouse, but I can't seem to find a Windows 7 equivalent. Is there anything that will fill the same purpose, while still being usable and relatively cheap?
Thanks for any assistance,

No Outlook I, unfortunately, don't have Outlook. Is there anything that does that on its own, and does it well? | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate/Home Premium x64 CPU Intel Core2Quad Q9550/Intel Core i5 480M Motherboard Gigabyte/??? You may be able to use google docs, or Mozilla Thunderbird. I was never a good student so I never looked into software like that. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number SMN-Productions OS Windows 7 x86/x64, Server 2008r2, Web Server 2008 CPU i7 v2 3930K Steping stone 2 Motherboard ASUS Rampage IV Extreme Memory G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 32GB Graphics Card AMD HD 5770 Monitor(s) Displays Acer 21" and Samsung 20" Keyboard Black Widow Ultimate PSU 1000 Watt Case HAF-X Cooling 4 Fans Hard Drives Patriot Pyro 80GB |

i've just come across this - student DOG organiser.
i'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, and i haven't tried the software out, but it may be worth a try. Quote: Student DOG Organizer is an application to help students heading back to schools and is developed by David Capka, a recently graduated student to help other students. According to the developer, the idea is to help students keep different school-related activates in order.
Since the ‘Back To School’ session has already started, most students will find this all-in-one organizer immensely helpful since it helps in organizing school-specific tasks, such as, marking calendars for specific activities, keeping track of lessons and classes, adding contacts, writing notes, and much more.
The main interface is perfectly designed to suit a student’s needs, all the tasks with their respective details are shown in different groups. When starting for the first time, you need to enter the details of important tasks and activities. For instance, you can start out with populating provided Timetable. Along with subject/course name, you can specify teacher name, enter classroom number or name, and assign a unique color.

That look pretty nifty.
I've been using Mozilla Sunbird® and like it well enough. I'm tempted to see what the DOG can do for me, though. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Self OS Main - Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-Bit; 2nd - Windows Server 2008 R2 CPU Main - Core i7 2600K; 2nd - Core i7 920 Motherboard Main - Asus P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3; 2nd - Gigabyte GA-EX58-UDR3 Memory Main - 16GB Corsair Vengeance; 2nd - 12GB Corsair Vengeance Graphics Card Main - XFX Radeon 6870 1GB; 2nd - XFX Radeon 4870 1GB Sound Card Both: Onboard Realtek Azalia Monitor(s) Displays Main - Hann 25" + I-INC 25" + Acer 23"; 2nd - Upgrading Soon Screen Resolution Main - 1920x1080 (All Three Monitors); 2nd - Upgrading Soon Keyboard Main - Razer Reclusa; 2nd - Old MS Keyboard Mouse Main - Logitech MX Revolution; 2nd - Old MS Mouse PSU Main - OCZ 600W Modular; 2nd - OCZ 600W Case Main - Thermaltake Element G; 2nd - NZXT something or other Cooling Main - Corsair H80; 2nd - Prolimatech Megahalems Hard Drives Main - (1) Crucial M4 128GB (Boot)

etc. Thanks, I'll take a look. Not sure if it's exactly what I'm looking for, but it looks as though it'll make a suitable substitute if I can't find a straight-out replacement. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate/Home Premium x64 CPU Intel Core2Quad Q9550/Intel Core i5 480M Motherboard Gigabyte/???
