Windows 7: software for bluetooth other than windows?

i have my netbook with Windows 7 starter connected to my phone via bluetooth. my phone is plugged into my home audio receiver, so if i'm upstairs with my netbook and the phone rings, my laptop immediately answers the call. i want to be able to have a dialog box where i can either answer or ignore. is there a third party software that has this capability?



also might be a long shot, but it sure would be cool if i could also see text messages on my laptop? everything else already connects via bluetooth to my netbook, surely there is a way to get text messages also?
