Thanks. The first one I did find already, but it doesnt seem to work on my computer, it's just an empty, grey window.
The second one I didn't know, it seems to be restricted as a free version, but yet pretty cool.

Chrometa 2.0 Licensing | Chrometa Time Tracker. one can request a key per e-mail there and download the program.
\\edit: yes, the manic-time has quite many restrictions if you choose free version.
\\edit2: i reinstalled some windows ajax .net something, and now the fruitfultime productivitymeter works. pretty cool.
