Anyway I can..
Is there anyway I can install Skype 3.0 on a 64 bit machine?

Not sure about 3.0, but I know 4.0 works. I've been using 4.0 on a couple x64 machines and it works just fine.
Do you need 3.0 for any particular reason? Or do you just prefer it to 4.0?
Actually, I'll try to see if I can install it on an x64. I don't have an x64 machine setup right now. I had one yesterday and then I switched over to Win 7 build 7260 x86. So it'll be a little bit (hour or so?). Maybe someone else could give it a shot?
I prefer it to 3.0, and I find it nicer.
Well, install process for x64 is taking longer than expected. So I'll try to see if I can install 3.0 tomorrow, that is if no one else has answered the question yet.
I guess if all else fails you still have 4.0 to fall back on.
Seems like version 3.0.0.205 works fine with x64 Windows 7 (build 7137). I was able to install it, run it, and then I called the Skype Test Call and it worked just fine.
Are you using this particular version or a different one?
yeah, thanks.
