"Allow third party flash content" problem

So I'm having a bit of a problem with my flash player. I go to Pandora.com and it says "The Flash Player storage is currently disabled and must be enabled to use Pandora" So I go to Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Global Storage Settings Panel and try to checkbox the "Allow third-party flash content to store data on your computer." When I try to check it, it just stays greyed out. Doesn't check it. How do I fix this? I saw somewhere that I had to allow permission? Not sure though. Can anyone help me out? I'm using Windows 7 x64 and Google Chrome. (Oh and Chrome isn't the problem because I've tried it on IE as well)
