Windows 7: Looking for a good zoom software

Hi,Im looking for a free/not free zoom software ,I want a good one which really zoom the picture .and thanks

opening a image in your web browser and holding ctrl while scrolling the mouse wheel will zoom.

You can also go into the ease of access center in the control panel and activate the windows magnifying glass.

If you're just looking for a way to enlarge a portion of an image, there are lots of solutions available.

But, if you're looking for the "movie effect" -- where they zoom into a fuzzy part of a picture, say a satellite photo, and then they can read the license plate of a vehicle! -- that is know as "special effects" is just that, not real.

An image has only so many pixels. And while you can make them larger in size, you can't break them up into smaller pixels in order to see more detail than in the original image.
