Windows 7: cyberlink media show 4

hi guys i am using cyberlink media show 4 it came with my video camera (Samsung mx-20 it is the only editng software (well i would not call it editing software its more basic than movie maker) but it is the only software that does not show up blocky lines in the video when i import it and save it to my hard drive. and i did try getting the files straight of the sd card but block lines i figured out how to get rid of the transition and title at the start of the clip (program puts it there) but i can't seem to get rid of the one at the end. anyone know how? its just a short fade transition but i dont want it there

any thoughts? help/advice on how to fix this would be great!
