I started to have issues where I lost access to the Internet, I checked several other computers that are on my home network and they all were able to connect to the Internet. The only computer was my desktop that couldn't connect to the Internet.
I called Microsoft tech support for Windows 7 and they did some troubleshooting and narrowed it down to the Adobe PS3, once that program was un-installed I was once again able to have Internet access. I asked why this was causing this issue and was told by Microsoft Support that there was a compatibility isssue, I tried to get more details but couldn't, I was told that the only proof was when Adobe PS3 was not on the computer everyting worked fine, when it was installed I had no Internet access. This was true, I tested it several times and when the program was not on the computer I had no issues, when it was installed I had no Internet Access.
Has anyone else has this issue ? Microsoft, is not much into finding ways to make things work, they tend to show you that once a non Microsoft program is uninstalled then the issues go away, they don't care why or how it's just that they can prove that once a non Mixrosoft program is uninstalled the problem goes away.
Microsoft likes to think that we all run only Microsoft programs on our computers and they make it so all Microsoft programs work well together and don't waste any time trying to make it so other programs might also work well with Microsoft programs.
Has anyone else has this issue with Adobe Photoshop programs conflicting with Windows 7? has anyone found a work around that does work?
Thanks in advance
