Why do you want to pay for a defragger? Performance of a system depends mostly on hardware specs, a defragger cannot make a celeron run like a core i7. Save your money for good hardware, free defraggers like the inbuilt one do a perfectly good job of whatever little defraggers can do.

There are pay defraggers. I use Vopt which has a 30 day full featured trial version.
they have versions for most windows. vopt.com will get you there to see what it does.
It is fast and has lots of features that I like. No financial interest, just a good product.

I hardly ever defrag. Years ago, it made a difference, faster hardware has made it irrelevant in my opinion.

defragging every now and then is probably still a good idea, especially if you're often installing/uninstalling stuff and adding/deleting lots of data around - but it won't "optimize your PC significantly" - not even a paid-for super defragger can do that, no matter what their adverts may say.

the included windows defragger does the job well enough.
