I have removed my own privilleges! Help

A few weeks ago i borrowed my laptop to a friend, i didnt want him rummaging through the pc or using it for anything other than a software called autoroute. So i changed loads of policies, like cannot right click and cannot change properties. So that when he logged in, it auto ran the software, and couldnt do much else!

Only problem is, i tested it on my own account and basically i have forgotten how to do everything and now i cant do anything!
