Windows 7 - Can't Download XPM

| | Can't Download XPM I'm trying to debug a 32 bit program that crashes almost as soon as I open it. The vendor says I'm just about the only one in the world that has this problem (Reaktor 5.5). I'm on Windows 7 Pro 64bit with i7-920 6 GB RAM. When I attempt to download XPM the program asks for a validation program. I download this bit, run it and close it as instructed. Next, I'm supposed to click the "Continue" button but all that happens is the same so I never end up downloading XPM. I have a legit copy that is registered with MS so I don't know what the problem is. If you can help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Burt |
