Windows 7: Utorrent speed problems. Ive googled for months. I need some1 smart

Hey I have been looking for help for months. I have Windows 7 and i cant get any port to download my torrents fast. im geting like 150kbs on my old vista laptop I could download at 1.3mb/s il paste my spevs below I dont know what all specs yall need but you can reply if you need more.
So bassically my question is, what can I do to get my downlaods to go faster, ive read all the guides and ive tried port forwarding hundreds of times. Please help..

You can try registering at uTorrent forums and search there as suggested by Irene but you will have to try and find your answer there.
