How to get the open this file message to shut up?

Everytime I download a app off the internet windows always asks me would you like to open this file and it is so annoying!!!
How the **** do you get this message to shut up!

Hello Beecker,

After you download the file, check to make sure that you unblock (click on link) it. This should stop the message for you.
