Windows 7: Journal Downloader?

Does anyone know of an application which could download journal articles? I have a subscription to science magazine but on their website they have all the articles seperated into individual pdf's which is a pain when you want to download a large number of them. They have this because of copyright protection I think ( or something along those lines). I'm just wondering is there anything out there that might make life easier, download multiple articles and pop it onto my kindle without a hassel? (the kindle part I can do manually)
