Format it with Low Level Format.

I see you are using WD hard disks.

The WD hard disk utility package includes an option to write zeroes to any disk.

Which is the "Best" of anything is often largely subjective, however, if you want a very good erasing program free;

Eraser

I will try that Eraser
First i will erase some pics,videos,documents and then i will try to <<undelete/recover them.
So now i will need also the most reliable <<strong>> program for files recovering for testing.

Try this,

Recuva - Undelete, Unerase, File and Disk Recovery - Free Download

But it doesn't matter what you try, no normal program can bring back files deleted with "Eraser". A forensic expert using very special tools might just be able to recover something, but nobody else will.

A simple zero fill will wipe it clean enough for most cases. I like dban for securely wiping a drive.
