    error photoshop install


    Hello to all members,

    I had install the CS5 and it was working correctly,


    but once I change my anti-virus program , it become not working that have me to remove the CS5 and now once I going to install it again this massage in pic. show




    and also I try to installed the adobe photoshop cs , it was installing but not working...!!


    another thing once my windows 7 startup this massage show


    , and I think this is proplem that affect on the CS5 installing.....

    so, any idea about this problem??

    uninstall Photoshop CS5, and run the following tool

    Adobe - Adobe CS5 Clean Tool

    Follow the directions provided by the tool, and make sure you run it as an admin.

    After cleaning up, it will probably ask you to restart your PC.

    Then install Photoshop CS5 again.

    Let me know how that works.

    thanks to you....
    but unfortunately I did what you said and I follow the instructions .

    also the result of cleaning it was sucssesfull



    .... but the problem is still staying....!!!

    I may be need to format my pc.

    If you say that the problem began when you installed an antivirus program, maybe it is blocking cs5 from connecting to the adobe servers via a firewall. Make sure the cs5 installation has access through the firewall.
