| | How to minimize WLM2011 to system tray? Windows Live Messenger 2011 is always in the taskbar of my Windows 7 Ultimate PC. How can I make it show in my system tray instead when minimized? Thanks UPDATE: I tried this solution: Make Windows Live Messenger Minimize to the System Tray in Windows 7 - How-To Geek However when double clicking the system tray icon it displays WLM back in the taskbar until I close it again |

| | Hello Antares, This is normal. Whenever you open Windows Live Messenger it will be on the taskbar until you close it again to have it minimized to the system tray. Closing WLM doesn't exit the WLM, but just minimizes it. Windows Live Messenger - Taskbar or Notification Icon Hope this helps, Shawn |
