Lock Shortcut on Taskbar (or Desktop)

Hi, I frequently lock my computer when not in use, and was wondering if there is a way to pin a shortcut on the taskbar (or the desktop). I have made a desktp shortcut in XP by linking to some DLL file ("%windir%\System32\somefile.dll, LockWorkStation" or something to that effect). Does this still work with Windows 7? If so, what is the file (or another method; it really doesn't matter the route, only the destination).

Thanks in advance,
~ CDMoomaw
