I'm curious if anyone here really knows how to use this program, because I don't? I have just started fiddling with it, and I can see a lot of potential in it, but after it completed scanning my video archive, while some were perfect in the sense that it properly identified a movie and displayed an appropriate thumbnail, there were a lot of movies that even though it identified them correctly, it didn't display a thumbnail for it. There is at least one that was totally misidentified, as a remake of the classic that I actually have.

I have done a Start Menu search, looking for a location where it stores data outside of the program directory, and found nothing. There is nothing within the program directory that appears to pertain to the library either. Therefore, I'm at a loss at to how to attempt to edit anything myself, or to add a thumbnail. Can any of this be done?

No I hadn't, I shall take a look. I have learned a bit more about the program than before...at least I learned how to change a thumbnail, if there is an appropriate one available. It also has provision for using a thumbnail locally, but when I browsed to my folder, which contains 242 thumbs, it only saw 18 of them. If I can figure out how to make everything work, it would be a very good program. It certainly scanned my archive a million times faster than I could set it up on Movie Collectorz. If I can figure how to iron out the wrinkles, the only thing that it can't do that MC can, is to record the barcodes of DVDs.

It seems to be pretty good software, but with a steep learning curve, and a lot of things are counter-intuitive.
