How to make MS Autoroute etc portable

Please suggest how to create portable version of MS Autoroute?
And some other less known map applications ... like map application GT Reittikartta Suomi Pro. The problem is that I must run these often on XP or W7 PC where I'm not allowed to install anything despite of running PC with local machine admin rights. When I can't install applications which alter registry, still I can keep map data folder on local HDD or SD card.

Well, I would first read through Autoroute's EULA, just to make sure you aren't breaking any laws. Having done so, and if you determined that you can legally do it, I would suggest following this procedure.

Also, you really ought to talk to whoever manages those machines, and ask for permission to install applications.

Thanks for a reply. I'll give your suggestion a try :)

I, as local admin can run whatever on my PC until this doesn't alter registry, that's for corporate compatibility.
Means only applications, which don't need installation, can be used or else I need a second notebook to carry with me

There are many platforms to create portable applications and without any preliminary experiences it's difficult to guess which suites best for road or topo map applications with several GB of data.
