    MacDrive cannot Access Mac Partition???

    I am a new MacDrive user.
    Unfortunately, I learned that it is just for Windows to recognize to read/write, it doesn't make other programs recognize as NTFS, so I am not able to write files larger than 4 GB since the program does not see is as NTFS or the program does not work with non-NTFS folders.

    Anyway, I opened Control Panel. I saw MAcDrive Options there. I said let me check. I wanted to check the HFS+ partition for errors, and what is the error? "Access Denied"!

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    As far as I am aware, the MacDrive only gives you read/write access. If you want to do more then you need the drive manager;

    Mediafour - MacDrive - Manage Disks

    I have only actually seen this stuff working once, ( used to backup a mac formatted disc to a Windows disc), so it may not be entirely correct or up to date.

    I believe I have the disk manager option.
    I should have known that it wouldn't work perfectly.
    Now, just works for me to keep some large files to keep temporarily.
    Back up softwares do not accept it, torrent programs do not accept it, Windows only.
