    MS Visual Basic Registration

I have downloaded MS VB 2008... I understand that it is free software but it requires me to register the product through Help -> Registration... I click it and Internet Explorer opens, asks for my e-mail id and password and stalls to this screen.. (see thumbnail)

I want to know is there is any other way to get a registration key ??

    Hi,

You will need to purchase a registration key in order to unlock full functionality or unlock the time expiration of the software.

We cannot & will not give keys on this forum as that will be piracy

But I searched the net and found that VB is free, just needs you to register the product....... I am talking about just Visual Basic not the Visual Studio suite..

Most/All Microsoft registration requires a Windows Live account, you can actually set your current email as a Windows Live account name, I have with my gmail account
