    Palm E-2 software won`t work with windows 7 64 bit?


    Why can`t I load Palm E-2 software on my PC that uses Windows 7 64 bit ?

    Probably no 64 bit driver for it in win 7. You can always use a vista driver if you install it in compatibility mode.

    to do that right click the installer>properties>compatibility>vista

    Hello,

    Which version of Palm Desktop are you trying to install. I would recommend Palm Desktop 6.2. Keep in mind that in Windows 7 64-bit does not USB cable its not supported. You can only perform sync through Bluetooth.

First of all let me say that I love Windows 7 and I'm not here to bash the OS by any means, but the UAC has got me wanting to shoot myself as of right now. It's quite ridiculous that I have to run EVERY application as an "admin." This pretty much means that I can't have 1 single startup program...
