Is there any software (or command) which can tell me...

Is there any software (or command) which can search and result every file WITHOUT a specific extension in a folder and its subfolders?

Ex: Every file which is not an MP3 file under the folder c:\music and its subfolders...

Excluding file types

Use the 'Not' check box, by the File name field on the Main tab, to exclude certain file types from being searched. For example, you can search everything but COM and EXE files by selecting the 'Not' check box and setting the file name to the DOS Expression:
