EDIT: Solved! (but I am still open to alternative solutions)

Screenshot of my Windows 7 desktop attached, showing Windows Powershell with a transparent interface (alpha transparency, completely configurable) showing the background wallpaper bleeding through.
EDIT: Yay! I just noticed how the command line toolbar and menus can even be unchecked from being visible, making the command terminal even more like Eterm! If you uncheck the menus and toolbar from being visible, and if you set the alpha transparency the same for active as well as inactive, the transparency mimic Eterm quite well-- see second screenshot I just uploaded showing this.

Anybody know of a more unix/linux/bash type command line shell like native Windows powershell, but with a thinner border/title and dare I dream with transparency, like Eterm for linux? I like that Powershell allows bash type command completion and allows unix/linux commands, but I wish I could get something more like Eterm with complete customization of transparency and border/title/scrollbar size/hiding to really get a command shell that looks uber geeky.
