So after realizing that I was still using the default 1.0 drivers
for my nVidia GeForce GTX 260M graphics card, I decided to update. (Dragon Age 2 was crashing for no reason on startup so I tried a few things to get it to work) Anyway, after updating it to version 270.xx, the newest one, it prompted me to restart.
I did, and after I signed back in, I got this error.
I can say without a doubt it was caused by the nVidia driver
, and it's an existing issue because I reformatted my computer last time I had this problem. Same computer so it's likely the same conflict.
I'm using Windows 7 64 bit on a laptop. System properties, if it helps.
My question is, is there any way to fix this or should I just never use WLM again?
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Just realized this issue is present with all Windows Live Essentials programs
. Hope that helps.
