Overlay clock that will be on top while running Windows Media Player?

Overlay clock that will be on top while running Windows Media Player?
I have found several programs that overlay an analog clock and it looks great. When I run Windows Media Player, VLC or iTunes and go full screen it blocks the clock from showing.

Is there a clock program that ignores Windows Media Player and stays on top in full screen mode or is there a way to tweak Windows to do what I want?

    Thanks

    You mean like this ?

First, whichever clock app you are using, check for "Always on Top" in it's preferences(hopefully it should be there), and enable it.
PS: Doesn't work for Win Gadgets.

Otherwise, download Rainmeter, an open-source desktop styling app. It'll take some time for you to get familiarized with its functioning. After installing and running the app for the first time, just right click on the clock widget > Settings > Position > Stay Topmost.

Now I only need the scanline emulator/plugin.

I would love to have the whole screen look like a retro tv, with scanlines. I was hoping there was a program or a plugin for Windows Media Player available out there. I have had no luck finding one.
