Error creating view Charts met with ANSYS 12.1 in Win 7 Home Basic

Hi there,

ANSYS 12.1 have been set up in Win 7 Home Baisc.

But an error creating view charts (details see the accessory) was met.

Does everyone can help?

Welcome to Seven Forums chash. In searching your problem, and error, I found a number of chinese posts, but nothing with answers. Since this is not a common application, I'd think you might be better served asking the support for the application itself:

ANSYS Support Overview

From what I can see, both x86 and x64 Windows 7 are supported (at least in the latest version), but I'm not sure if the Basic version might be the issue. In any case, I'd think the creator would be most likely to be able to assist you. A Guy
