Windows 7: HELP EASEUS partition manager stopped

hi all
im using easeus partition master pro to shrink the partition on an external hard drive but pretty much as soon as it started over an hour n half ago it stopped at 36%. ive checked in task manager n it says its running but the amount of memory isnt changing. its usually safe leaving data on the drive wen ive resized a partition before using easeus.



any help is much apreciated PLz. my new backups from a clean install are on it.

EDIT: i must b havin a lucky day or somethin. after reading that i would have to try n recover the partition i cancelled the resize n was about to get ready to start recovery. BUT to my suprise EASeus had done absolutely nothing and everything was the same as b4 i started. BUZZIN!

Use free Partition Wizard bootable CD - as we do for hundreds of complicated partitioning operations here without a single failure.

Easeus will fail with data loss. PW won't.
