| | I got it to work but only after several BSOD's. I found out it has something to do with the installer trying to access memory unavailable to it in the system page file. | | Old thread, but I figured I'd mention that MikTeX and TeXnicCenter worked just fine for me. Installed them and configured them just like usual in order to test and it went without a hitch. |

| | Try this: (a) extract the miktex files. (b) look for the "setup-2.7.2904.exe" under MiKTeX\setup\ directory. (c) right-click and select "run-as administrator" worked for me. gl |
