Windows 7 32 bit, when loading "Open With: ?" "File: Media" comes up

Hello there, when the desktop loads up, I get this strange message:

"Open With:

Choose the program you want to use to open this file:

File: Media"

Does anyone have any ideas why?

I have a screenshot of the programs which run at startup:

I have a HiJackThis log if it helps:

There must be an error with one of the startup settings.
Please use Autoruns by Sysinternals/Microsoft to see more info about Programs loading with your system.
Pay attention to Logon tab.

Looks like for some reason it is trying to load a folder as a file. "Media" is a part of a folder path.
Try to uncheck all values, where Media is a part of the path.

Also, please check for viruses with Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool Download
or Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a free download that removes viruses and malware from your computer

Oh you beauty! Used the program linked firstly and opened it up.

A program was missing part of the directory name as you say. I haven't tested it yet, but I am pretty sure this is going to work.

I have MalwareBtye's Anti-Malware and Comodo Internet Security Pro 2011 installed by the way.
