Jacee no I don't have a pop-up blocker on I am wondering if my firewall is blocking the program, as I'm not computer literate I am only guessing.

Try running IE with no addons (Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Internet Explorer (no Add-ons)).

This is what I get from that link in both FireFox and IE:

    Very mysterious.

I just tried FireFox 4, and it works too.

Maybe you should try that, or some other Web browser (Chrome, Opera, etc.). It may not work, but perhaps you'll learn something.

Do you have any download managers running?

Bobkn I will try firefox 4 and as for download managers - I have no idea? Don't know where to look, sorry Bobkn but I am a slow learner and while asking for assistance I often come across questions that I'm too thick to understand sorry.

You're welcome. I can only think that you had a corrupt setting/addon somewhere in IE, which is why I suggested that you run it with no addons. However, I am pleased that you have managed to resolve the issue. :)
