status: 0xc0000225 windows boot error

hi there i have a weird problem about my computer. firstly my dvd-rom doesn't work correcly ( i have changed my first dvd-rom cause of same problem ) . and last two days pc started to work very very slow. it opens in nearly 15 minutes and shut down in same time. i am facing with this error when i shut down before i waiting the opening screen of windows. and when this error comes it says

1) continue bla bla
2) do system restore

when i select system restore it gave an another error like "cannot access required driver". i made a system restore but the issue doesn't change. i appreciated if you could help me

well after waiting for open windows it gave an error

"STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error }
The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000428 0x001004b0). the system has been shut down.
My System SpecsSystem Spec
