    Rights to uninstall

I am trying to uninstall a program called PaperPort Image Printer 64 bit. When I press the uninstall button, I get a message saying "The System Administrator has set policies which prevent this installation". Then I get "You do not have sufficient access to uninstall PaperPort Image Printer 64 bit. Please contact your administator.
I am the only user and have administrator rights.
I created a new user with administartor rights and it could not uninstall the program either.
How do I get the rights so I can uninstall?

    Welcome to the forum,

You can also see if this helps,

Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable

I would suggest disabling it again after you have given it a try, or at least creating a password to protect it as suggested in the tutorial.

Another way yo uninstall without the hassles of " privileges " issue....
Use Revo Uninstaller - free edition
Revo Uninstaller - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Downloads
