cannot see all programs in uninstall

Recently, my Windows 7 Professional, stopped showing all programs under uninstall.

I have done a repair a couple of times now and have not changed anything?

anyone have any thoughts or recommendations, to clean this up?

    Try the MS fix.

Add/Remove Programs tool displays installed programs incorrectly

Failing that use CCleaner, it typically lists more uninstallable programs than windows does.

You can also try using Revo.

Revo Uninstaller - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Downloads

Needless to say, the panacea for all ills is a fresh install if you are upto it, that is.

If you have a restore point, you may try restoring back to a point before this happened. There are some programs which don't show up in the Uninstall window.
A work around is to go to the program in the Start>All Programs menu, open the program file, most have a uninstaller listed there.

Some times when you do figure out how to uninstall little program their are still little things hanging around. Even after checking regedit. I found things today that were removed 2 weeks ago while I was doing a little sneak and peak through files and folders on my computer. Sometimes things are left behind in a running service and won't let you remove then until you go into safe mode and turn them off and then remove them. I can't tell you how all this works but it has happened to me many times. I use add and remove, Revo, Ccleaner, Search Everything, and regedit and still at times their are left overs I find weeks later. I have never had add and remove see all programs on my computers.

As stated there are some programs which will never appear in the normal Windows uninstall. Have you tried my earlier idea to check in the program file for its uninstaller?

You may also download CCleaner which has a list of programs to uninstall which is usually more comprehensive than Windows.
