Windows 7: Software installation challenge pop-up

Hello,

At one time, there was a software installation challenge on my machine. When software was being installed, a challenge pop-up appeared. In attempting to turn it off for a particular software, I actually turned off for all installations.

I would like to restore the challenge pop-up.

Hopefully my description of my problem was accurate.
