Windows 7: Anybody Else with Netlimiter 3.0.0.11

could really use some plain english help creating a filter to seperate local and internet traffic. net limiter docs just plain suck. no matter how i create a filter for either local or internet traffic nothing works. If you have a filter, that can limit internet and keep local net traffic unaffected could you do me a favour and post it here, so that i can see just what i am doing wrong. Or a walkthrough, step 1, step 2, step 3, etc
