Windows 7: Recommended software for scanning and creating PDF files.

hi, can you guys give me a recommendation of the perfect scanning software(Free or Paid software) that does both scan + creating PDF files?

I've been using Nitro PDF and I'm satisfied with what it can do, especially since it's free.

does this software allow you to scan? what i mean is when i scan, will my scanned image be shown on this software?

If you scan a hard copy document (like a store recipt, credit card statement, etc.) you can save it as a PDF document. So yes, Nitro will let you do that. I believe only Nitro PDF Reader Pro allows scanning. I have used the free version and I see no way to scan useing it.

It sounds like you are not looking for OCR capability. The rest is simple. With Paint, you can scan and with e.g. doPDF you can convert any document to PDF.
