Safe Mode ? and Win Media Revocation and Renewel Error

I would like to know when in safe mode
I'll use Kaspersky Virus Removal tool since that is what I was trying to run
The issue is..when in safe mode as Kaspersky directs you
when The software is running It is not possible to get to the button to start the scan its is resized out the window
assuming this is from the lack of a graphic driver in safe mode.
How it is to get the software window into the safe mode window to actually be able to use it

    2. Win Media Revocation and Renewel
I have a Napster service I pay for..and when I play the files after about
maybe 25-30 files I start getting a popup saying Media Revocation and Renewel
"You must restart the machine to continue content processing"
which I did..then it works for another magical number and continues again
I then updated Microsoft Security Component Upgrade
This issue seems to be new to windows 7
as I never had this in Xp using the same Napster service and the media played fine.
I have not been able to find a solution to end this loop of Media Revocation and Renewel Error Message.
    Any help would be appreciated

For the safe mode problem, been there done that. Your best bet may be to see if you can drag the GUI until the button shows (even if you drag the top 1/2 off the screen). I have had programs that I couldn't use at all in safe mode (this was XP though, not had the issue in 7 knock wood).

For the Napster error, it sound like a DRM issue.

I found this (see #6) which explains what is happening. Whether correctly, or by mistake:

Automated Component Revocation and Renewal (Windows)

Also some suggestion from others who had similar problems with another program:

Windows Media Revocation & Renewal error message when using Soundtaxi, Tunebite - Audio/video stream recording forums

Apparently many different programs can cause this. You can try a clean boot to see which program might be the cause.

If no help you might try running System File Checker, and see if it repairs any files:

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

thanks aguy...ahh yes this safe mode issue was within XP..
just knowledge if ever I needed to use that again.

The computer is not even a month old yet..and grrrrrrrrrrr the issues it has are making me crazy.
between the DRM media thing and my folders I'm really not liking 7.

I researched this before I asked and came up with the very links you gave me
maybe there is something I missed,I guess I have to do it again since nothing has worked.
I did get a reset folder fix from brinks tutorial..and that worked for an hour..then..snifffffff

The first link you posted ..Component revocation
honestly I don't understand it one bit.where I am supposed to find that rev information.
obviously I hadn't tried that..I think it out words me.
    thank you for your time

Don't worry about that link. It just explained what you were seeing. Why, is a whole other thing. I'd do the clean boot and figure out what is interfering. A Guy

Dell has their own dock program as well. Download PC Decrapifier, it will find and remove whatever pre-installed things you decide. A Guy

I put a post for dell to give me directions to get both of them off so I make sure I have it all.
