    You could also give this one a go.
    PDFill PDF Editor - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Downloads

    PS: It cost $20 but free to try and could get your problem solved quickly.
    Maybe this is an employment test?
    Just remembered the trial version puts a watermark on the output.

    You could also use one of the free online convert PDF to MS word sites (that's if you have MS word) PDF to Word Converter then once you've edited it you could then publish it back to PDF from MS Word

    no worries ,i learned another feature of reader as a result of this thread you can email the completed form without the printing malarky!
