Click on start orbtype cmd when it appears in the list right click on it and select run as administrator, accept the UAC prompt now copy and paste this into the black window; regsvr32 vbscript.dll and press enter you should get this message back; DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll succeeded. Now try to install your program again.

Use CCleaner - Download to clean the registry. It is a free program do not be confused by the Buy online bit.

No problem have you used CCleaner? after use do a new start and try to install Download Free Java Software again
