Windows 7: Microsoft Visual C++

Windows 7 64 bit
Microsoft Visual C++

Hi, I am currently trying to uninstall my versions of Visual C++ but when I am getting the error message:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."

I have also tried to manually delete the files but in program files I have no visual C++ / Visual studio folder. What i think has happened is that Visual C++ did not properly install on windows 7 and was still in my windows.old folder that i got when i went from vista to 7, which was accidently deleted.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Edit: Here is the log file from the error i recieved when trying to repair it through a new installer.

Hmm, I seem to have fixed it.

Moved vc_red.msi to a different folder that wasnt locked for some reason and I was able to repair it and then uninstall it.
