windows 7 64 bit
, there's a download bar on the bottom with an orange stripe on top

it has a yellowish/orange stripe across the top of the box.. it pops up from the bottom.
it has run/save/save as.. function. doesnt work well on video.

is this a function of IE9..?? if not what is it it, how do i get rid of it, it doesnt work very well. i hate it. it usurps every other download function, it is REALLY slow.

what is it called in Add/Remove, so i can send it to where it belongs

Windows10 Pro - 64Bit vs.10547

- you can't disable it, as far as I know..

but, if you have a third-party download manager installed (like FreeDownloadManager..)
you can make settings that ensure the download will be diverted there, by default..

- then the MS download bar doesn't appear..

- however, if you cancel a FDM download, the MS bar re-appears, as part of the normal behaviour of ie9

Constant horizontal stripe along bottom of monitor picture
I don't know if this is hardware or software related, so I kept it in this topic. There is a constant horizontal stripe that takes up the second and third row of pixels from the bottom of my monitor. The color varies, but it seems to be some sort of an average color of the column above it. For...
